West Boylston – Highlighting the critical link between incarcerated felons and adolescent criminal behavior, Sheriff Guy Glodis today announced the new “Fathers and Family” Program at the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction. 

West Boylston - U.S. Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) and Worcester County Sheriff Guy Glodis today announced that the U.S. Department of Education has awarded $429,466 to the Worcester County Jail and House of Corrections under the "Life Skills for State and Local Prisoners" program.

West Boylston-  Sheriff Guy W. Glodis announced today that the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office has been recognized by the Worker’s Compensation Division of the Commonwealth as the most improved state agency for efficiency and cost-savings. 

West Boylston – On Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at 1:00 PM, NEADS’ Service Dogs in-training “Seymour” and “Sundee” joined the residents of the Almost Home Program for the next several months.  A collaboration between Dismas House, the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, and the Massachusetts Parole Board, Almost Home provides a toolkit for successful reentry for its residents, offering needed substance abuse education and treatment, vocational, and computer classes to former Worcester County inmates.
