Milford - Sheriff Guy Glodis recently visited the Milford Senior Center to address a crowd of approximately 50 seniors, and to distribute more than 75 frozen chicken dinners, a donation made in celebration of the Easter holiday.

"Over the last two years, we've been working hard to make the Sheriff's Office more proactive and community friendly," Sheriff Glodis stated. "This is our way of giving back to Milford Seniors."

This event comes in conjunction with turkey and chicken dinner donations made by the Sheriff's Office during Christmas and Thanksgiving last year in Fitchburg and Gardner. In addressing the audience, Sheriff Glodis highlighted the Sheriff's Departments' commitment to local seniors, citing six community service projects that have been completed by the Department's Community Service Program.
