Telephone Communication

•    Upon arrival at the facility, inmates are allowed to list up to seven telephone numbers that they can call while incarcerated.   •    In general, inmates have access to the telephone while their housing unit is open.  However, all outgoing calls are collect calls, and the cost of the call is the responsibility of the party called.   •    Inmates are generally not allowed to receive incoming calls.
